One of the highlights/main points of the server is the overwhelming sense of community, in comparison to other public servers that myself and others have played on. How will you fit into the dedicated community? Most likely, quite well. Trouble makers are weeded out and removed from the server as soon and as quickly as possible. However, we like to give second chances. So you trampled some crops and left a gate open, why should you be permanently banned for a mistake or such a small offense?

With the above said, the following will not be tolerated;

Discrimination against another person for any reason
Full caps, all day, everyday
Swearing in every post
Generally acting rude towards others

While we respect and understand everyone is entitled to their own opinion and beliefs, forcing them upon others or telling others they are ‘wrong’ is considered disgusting and ban worthy.

You may swear, within reason. There are no official rules against it, but we’d prefer it if you didn’t swear all the time.

Because the community is very friendly and close, if you choose to be disrespectful to a certain user, there will most likely be knock-on effects. For example, if you kill someone, their friends (Which might be half the server) might avenge them.

With that stated, yes, PVP is on. This does not mean you may go around murdering innocent players without reasons. Sure, if someone steals from you, disrespects you or something along those lines, you may go end their life. However as stated above, it might not be the best thing to do.


FAQ and stuff

“Why not just turn PVP off?” – It seems rather unrealistic/weird to hit someone and nothing happen, I like to see reactions myself and it doesn’t feel right having PVP disabled. It would avoid some issues but I am aware of this. It’s also rather fun to throw eggs at your friends or punch them into the ocean! Yes, that is one of my reasons behind leaving PVP on.

“Well, where is safe?” – Most people have Residences, most of them have PVP disabled (Configurable) you can hide in there! Spawn is also safe, as you would expect.

“Where can I build?” – Everywhere that isn’t already occupied, simple.

“Factions?” – No. You can share Residences with others, go nuts.

“What is there to do for fun?” – Play Minecraft with a fantastic, friendly community!

“That sounds boring” – No, you! This server is meant to focus on the basics of Minecraft, not changing it drastically with plugins/mods.

I’d also like to say, Moderators are not your slaves and I, as the admin and almighty OP do not have to spawn items for you. (I play legit too, I only cheat to fly/assist others)
