Bountiful is a fun, free way individuals and families can gather together to enjoy a Minecraft experience where community and cooperation come first. A dedicated Java Survival server, Bountiful offers a non-toxic playing environment, in which Admins. Moderators and Helpers provide frequent in-game supervision. We are a tight-knit, welcoming player community, with a player economy system, grief prevention system as well as other fun plugins. Bountiful is also supported through a player store.

You matter. As a member of our community, you will be welcomed and valued. You will also be expected to adopt both the letter and spirit of our rules, and to take responsibility for your conduct and actions at all times in the game.
Each person matters. We are a community, together. How you treat others directly impacts them, not only in-game, but also in the real world. Treat everyone with the dignity and compassion that every person deserves. Speak well of people and exercise an attitude of tolerance. Celebrate the diversity we have in each member and in our friendships together. Triggering, unkind, NSFW or hate-based content or statements have no home here.
Consent is essential in all types of gameplay. It is important to respect a persons choices for their own space and builds. If someone asks you to leave their builds you will be expected to do so. Griefing someone else's build is absolutely not permitted and is an instant teleport to the timeout zone as well as a 24 hour mute in game. PVPing is enabled however PVPing without consent and is an instant teleport to the timeout zone as well as a 24 hour mute in game.
Kindness is a core value in Bountiful, and defines who and what we are. Refrain from doing anything unkind. Treat others as you would wish to be treated. Do not bully, do not spread unkindness, do not be mean. Kindness is a universal concept. If you do not know what kindness means, or are uncertain if an action or message would be considered unkind, run it by our moderators first. We will always be happy to provide guidance.
In-game actions mean in game consequences. In-Discord actions mean in-Discord consequences. If you do something good in-game expect to be rewarded in game. If you break a rule in game expect a consequence in game. If you do something good in-Discord then you will be rewarded in-Discord and the same with breaking a rule in-Discord.
Communication is a pillar of this server. If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions, reach out to any Admin or Mod or Helper (via Discord).
Every player must be treated with respect and dignity. Bountiful and its associated Discord server should be uplifting places. Be respectful to each other. If you are not respectful you will be muted until you can choose to behave appropriately.
If an admin or a member of our moderation staff asks you to do something please do it without complaint. If you disagree with what they have asked you to do please voice it privately to them.
Spoilers should be used for spoilers. If there is new content in the game then cover it up with a spoiler. Some of us like to discover it on our own. Spoilers should be labeled generally, for example, (spoiler for 1.20 content) or (spoiler for Hogwarts Legacy) etc.
Remember to keep private details in private channels. We are not the place to discuss medical issues in detail. Please blur out children, personal information, and private information from all screenshots and pictures.

You may make redstone builds. You must turn them off when you are not near them to prevent them from lagging the server.
Withers are not permitted to summon in the primary overworld.
Anything which might harm other players, in game or real life, is a BANNABLE offense. Do not steal. Do not take stuff out of chests that do not belong to you. Do not create builds which might permanently damage players. Any player doing or building anything which will permanently harm another player will be subject to ban.
Consequences
Admins or Mods may apply actual discipline. Helpers report inappropriate behavior to a Mod if one is online. If a Mod is not online they may go to Admin. Admins, Mods and Jr. Mods can be reached via the support channel in-Discord if they are not online. The next available Admin or Mod will moderate the submitted issue.

First Offense: Warning which includes what behavior to discontinue and what behavior is acceptable
Second Offense: 5 minute mute
Third Offense: 24 hour mute and escalate to Admin
In-Game
First Offense: Warning which includes what behavior to discontinue and what behavior is acceptable.

Third Offense: 24 hour mute and send to time-out zone and escalate to Admin
Special Circumstances: If a person is being destructive to someone else's builds or to server public property, or is harassing another individual in any way, that player will be immediately muted and sent to a time-out zone. This will be automatically escalated to an Admin as soon as the individual is safely contained.
