Ive Hosted many of servers in the past personally, I do not like to give OP, We have a very kind and helpful staff that can answer your questions or help you through an issue.
I DO NOT, have an Issue banning someone who blatantly annoys others or builds large towers of dirt ect ect. its 2019.
