very fun. it has limited regulations, but enough player power to allow nations to enforce rules and prevents the world becoming an anarchy server

CivMC is a Minecraft Civilization Server, where gameplay intertwines with politics, economy, diplomacy, and history. It is the latest 'civ' server in a decade-long history of servers which has developed and cultivated our plugin suite. Join our discord: https://discord.gg/j7d2tNN6ZY

Citadel lets players reinforce their own blocks (or reinforce as a group) to protect against raiding. Place 'snitches' which alert and keep logs when a player breaks your blocks via JukeAlert. Bastion blocks let you protect an area from griefing, and imprison players with Exile Pearl to send them to the Nether to keep them out of your way. Buy and sell goods in shops with Item Exchange, create railways with auto switching via RailSwitch. Build Factories which give greater economic output through resource investment and help you climb the tech tree.

All these tools and more empower players to build their own civilizations and enforce their own justice, no towny claims here! Your claims are backed by your ability to enforce them through diplomacy or war, and no admin intervention in gameplay.
