It is not OP, and instead rewards your hard work with money to buy cells, houses, new access to hunting, farming and mining areas, and you can pay your bail once you’ve unlocked all the tiers to grant yourself FREEDOM into the world.
A lot of work went into this and is still being improved upon in different ways.
