You as the group will need the get a steady supply of emeralds by first securing apples from oak trees, finding the only nether wart in this world, getting blaze rods to brew the splash potions of weakness, to then cure zombie villagers.
Early game group goals:
1. Establish steady food source and protect rare resources

3. Get a communal ender chest
4. Go to the End and defeat the dragon

Cure villagers
Establish colonies in all three dimensions
