Multi-world, medieval, islands in the sky, modern city under zombie attack, nether. You spawn at the hub and choose what you'd like to do. Apocalypse is a modern city with limited health and food. You get food by looking for refrigerators etc. that dispense it. There are working elevators, not cheesy ones either, realistic. For health issues you need to find a medical facility where you can get medicine or use med bays. Skyland allows you to have an island of your choice to play as you wish. Or explore Meledosia, the medieval map. there is also the nether for the brave of heart.
